Journal for Joy, 5 Minutes At A Time

Can journaling 5 minutes at a time help you navigate the stress, worry and uncertainty of corona virus and social distancing guidelines in effect across most of the US until at least April 30? Join me April 1-30, 2020 to find out for yourself — and help me gather some data.

I am passionate about showing others how to get words out onto their journal pages for clarity, stress busting and personal growth. These days of corona are the perfect time to discover how to:

  • Leverage the 5-Minute Sprint to quickly identify and shift your energy.
  • Honor your inner wisdom as you fill the pages of your journal.
  • Hear the whispers of your heart guiding your thoughts and actions.
  • Harness your own voice to create positive change.
  • And above all, love your life and feel joy in the days of corona.

Participants have immediate access to the classroom where I will share video lessons, prompts, and a short questionnaire for completion after each journal write. Participants will be part of a research project to assess the benefits of journaling during the stressful days of Corona virus. The good news: you don't have to be a writer or devote a lot of time to reap the benefits of journaling. All you need is a pen, a journal, and three 15-minute sessions per week that are all about YOU.

Inspired by my 20 years of journaling, my training with Kathleen Adams, a journal therapy pioneer, and seeing what works for writers and non-writers alike, Journal for Joy offers a proven format to help you face a blank page, jot down your heartfelt thoughts, and discover your own way to clarity, stress busting and growth.

on my handcrafted inspiration cards, which have
proven to be a very creative way to explore life
transitions, shifts and new priorities.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts April 1 and ends April 30. As soon as you register, you will have access to the video lessons and prompts. You'll journal three times each week whenever it strikes your fancy. JOY!
Do I need any special supplies or background?
All you need is a journal, pen and 15 minutes for each lesson. No writing experience is necessary, and no one will be looking at your journal but YOU!
