Leslie Hamp, Creative Catalyst, offers dynamic fitness, business, journaling and life coaching programs for busy women (and a few good men) who want to unleash momentum and success. Clients engage Leslie for one of three reasons:
- They want to gain momentum toward their BIG dreams and goals.
- They want to radically shift priorities and embrace the practice of extreme self-care.
- They want to achieve prosperity and success without making sacrifices in home life, health or personal balance.
Leslie understands all three reasons as she's experienced them firsthand. In 1997, she left the security of her college PR position to launch a public relations business where she could lead BIG buzz-building events, pen stories for print and online media, and tailor her schedule around projects that called to her.
With a bent toward health and lifestyle businesses, she took the lead in creating the WhistleStop Marathon (now a Boston Marathon qualifier), coordinating media and public relations efforts for the American Birkebeiner (an international cross-country ski race attracting 10,000 skiers and 20,000 spectators), and crafting PR and marketing campaigns (online and off) for small businesses and non-profits.
A life-long learner, Leslie earned certifications as a marketing coach, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, and journaling instructor to compliment her strategic, action-oriented skills.
As she coached and consulted with clients worldwide, it quickly became apparent that entrepreneurs were one stressed out lot. Leslie realized they needed business AND life coaching, so she designed Create the Life You Crave, a 90-day coaching program with companion book featuring stories of transformation and commitment by entrepreneurs who have radically shifted priorities, unleashed authenticity, and embraced the practice of extreme self-care.
Leslie holds a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication, is a graduate of CoachU, and is a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Certified Journal to the Self® Instructor and Certified FirstLine Therapy Lifestyle Educator. She is the author of Create the Life You Crave and its companion, Beautiful Journal, co-author of Guerrilla Marketing on the Frontlines, contributing author of Love Stories of the Bay, and recipient of a Bronze Award for feature article writing. "This has been a wonderful experience. I started out frustrated that I was making the same New Year's resolutions each year. I felt in a rut. I am clearly out. I wanted to lose weight and have lose 17 lbs. I wanted to start writing more and am now working part-time at our local paper, have launched a website and writing workshops, and a publisher accepted my manuscript that had been sitting in limbo for years. I am amazed at how liberated I now feel. Thanks Leslie. You have an amazing gift for kindly not allowing excuses...the momentum continues, and I am off to Great Places."

“You are amazing! The way you injected our team with so much energy and vision was inspiring. You challenged us individually and as a group to do more than we thought we could, you expected us to support each other, and you celebrated every single one of us. Your leadership is powerful and contagious.”

"Leslie Hamp is a Powerhouse! I get more guidance, more no-nonsense strategies and ideas in 30 minutes than I got working with other coaches for 6 months. Leslie challenges you to think bigger and unleash your potential, and she takes the struggle out of success. You could do without a lot of things in your business, but I can promise you Leslie is not one of them."

Dr. James A. Hamp — Board-certified Otolaryngologist, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy — has been serving patients in northern Wisconsin and northern Michigan since October 1, 1979.
During his 32 years in practice, Dr. Hamp has seen a number of changes including the increasing complexity in the field of otolaryngology, a higher incidence of allergy and environmental illness, fewer trauma cases, a shift away from hospital stays, and more emphasis on outpatient and in-office procedures.
“While I’m still doing sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, ear tubes, tympanoplasties and stapes procedures in the operating room, I’m also doing a lot more office procedures including nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, trans-nasal esophogoscopy, swallowing procedures and removal of skin cancers, lesions and lumps and bumps,” he said. “In addition, we remain busy helping patients deal with allergies of all types, environmental illness and hearing loss.”
Dr. Hamp said he's had great patients over the years including an older woman who was a little girl on the Titanic voyage; 100-year-olds who come in once a year to have their ears cleaned; and families and children of all ages. He welcomes new patients at ENT Professional Associates in Ashland, Wisconsin (715/682-9311) and in Ironwood, Michigan (906-932-3493). Find out more at www.drhamp.com
