One-On-One Reformer Training
Get fit for skiing, skating and everyday life! You'll use our STOTT PILATES Reformer, Jumpboard and CardioTramp to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination. Kettlebell Intervals:
This 30-minute interval workout will increase strength, agility, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
