The past few weeks have been a set-back for Tricia's Team due to our father's passing plus illness among our group. We debated whether to begin anew with a 16-week training schedule, but I decided to just pick up as best I could where I left off. I did manage to walk that 8 miler last week, although I broke it into a 6-mile session and a 2-mile session. This week we have 5 mile, 10 mile and 6 mile training days, and I'm going to do every one of them as follows:
| Monday |
|
Rest |

| Tuesday |
|
3 miles |

Easy walking |
| Wednesday |

| Friday |

We finally managed to get the team together for a group photo. Tricia is in the center holding honorary member Dad's shoes and surrounded by (left to rt) Leslie, Janet, Jim, Terry & Nancy.

All I can say is, it's a good thing we started training a while back and have 15 more weeks until the event. We'll definitely need it to be in good form for three 20-mile walks in three days. I'm confident I'll be ready. I'm walking for Tricia and in honor of Dad!
